W2 and / or 1099 Printing / Mailing

All prices include 1 employer copy of W2s in a format of your choosing: 4 – on or 2 – on. Additional hard copies for state, local or other filing will be at a cost of $.12 per page of output.

1 – 1,000 single EIN (payer) $0.49/each + stamp

1,001 – 5,000 single EIN $0.45/each + stamp*

5,001 – 20,000 single EIN $0.40/each + stamp*

20,001 – 50,000 single EIN $0.36/each + stamp*

50,001 – 100,000 single EIN $0.34/each + stamp*

100,001+ $0.32/each + stamp*

*Postage reductions are based on anticipated savings from address corrections, bar coding and postal rate reduction strategies. Cost savings are based on the content and quality of the address data, these are anticipated savings and are NOT guaranteed.

Quantities in excess of 100,000 W2 forms include:

  1. Federal magnetic media reporting
  2. Up to 3 (three) states of magnetic media reporting

Our unique system allows you to modify and adjust your W2/1099 information via the internet right from your desktop. You will be able to modify address content, correct wage data and request reprints – all of these capabilities are available through our on-line system and at no extra charge. Reprints and mailing of replacement/corrected W2s will be at a cost $1.00 each form.

Magnetic Media Reporting, pricing applies to W2 OR 1099 forms:


First EIN – federal reporting $420.00

2nd through 5th EIN for federal reporting $275.00/each

6th through 10th EIN for federal reporting $250.00/each

greater than 10 EINs, call for a quote

State reporting per state per EIN $125.00/each state-EIN combination

Backup Data

CDs are available of your annual data that will allow you to store securely and perform reprints of recipient data. The cost of the CD is $95.00 and includes 100 sheets of forms for you to do your own printing. Since your data is available to you on-line, CD backups will not be generated before April 30th of the tax year being reported.

Custom Programming or Processing

Any special or required programming to process company data, beyond our extensive library of conversion and printing capabilities will be billed at $125.00/hour with a two hour minimum.
