All prices include 1 employer copy of W2s in a format of your choosing: 4 – on or 2 – on.  Additional hard copies for state, local or other filing will be at a cost of $.12 per page of output.  Pricing include access to the web site for re-prints (local and at our facilities), corrections, reports, listings and detail reports.  There are no setup fees!

1 – 5,000 single EIN (payer)   $0.50/each   
5,001 – 10,000 single EIN   $0.45/each
10,001 – 25,000 single EIN   $0.42/each

*Postage prices are at the current rate ($0.44 first class mail), any bulk rate price reductions are passed on to you based on the quality of the address lines and quantities (500 minimum), based on anticipated savings from address correcting, bar coding and postal rate reduction strategies.

Quantities in excess of 100,000 W2 forms include as part of the pricing:

1. Federal magnetic media reporting
2. Up to 3 (three) states of magnetic media reporting

Our unique system allows you to modify and adjust your W2/1099 information via the internet right from your desktop. You will be able to modify address content, correct wage data and request reprints – all of these capabilities are available through our on-line system and at no extra charge. Reprints and mailing of replacement/corrected W2s will be at a cost $1.00 each form, from our facilities.

We include 50 blank laser sheets (with instructions on the back) and 50 envelopes for your convenience of performing re-prints at your facility.

Additional EINs     $275.00/each (over 10 EINs call for special pricing)

State reporting per state per EIN  $125.00/each state-EIN combination

Backup Data

CDs are available of your annual data that will allow you to store securely and perform reprints of recipient data. The cost of the CD is $95.00 and includes 100 sheets of forms for you to do your own printing. Since your data is available to you on-line, CD backups will not be generated before April 30th of the tax year being reported.

Custom Programming or Processing

Any special or required programming to process company data, beyond our extensive library of conversion and printing capabilities will be billed at $125.00/hour with a two hour minimum.
